  The customer service at this location is very very poor. The employees here are arrogant, ignorant and flat out beyond rude. They will call you and say your prescription is ready and once you're there it turns out it won't be in stock for another week. They never keep your insurance in file and give you a hard time on verifying insurance. The standard operating procedures of this location need to be reevaluated and rewritten and the employees need to be properly trained on how to communicate with patients/customers. Attitude should not be expressed when the patient/customer express frustration and has an opinion.
