  I don't normally write reviews to complain about service, but I felt the need to do so because of the way I was treated. I went in to simply get a new card for a new phone I purchased for my daughter at Best Buy and after having to get authorized from the account holder, which took less then 10 minutes I experienced the worst service ever. When I kindly asked the associate Yvette how long it would take her to help us because I had a newborn waiting on me, she quickly told me I was free to visit another T-Mobile store if I wanted too and that she was working as fast as she could with another customer even though I was there before them. She was rude and embarrassed me in front of the other customers even though I was never rude to her. She obviously was not concerned about representing T-Mobile well. I went to the Ayers location and was in and out in 10 minutes and their customer service was much better as well.
