The staff are dishonest. Horrible customer service. There is always a new employee proving that they can't retain good help. The staff are no more professional than the sandwich 'professionals' next door at Subway.

Horrible service. Wasted over an hour at this place. If you are already a T-Mobile client don't waste your time stopping here, call 611 or go to a different store.
