  I am a third time returning customer, and LOVE customer service. I went in and was working on a great deal, then my husband went in (not to knowledgeable about "people skills" and business relationships") and was given a different charge, (which my husband said "whatever" about) but when it all comes down to it. . . . I contacted Carl, and he honored what I was originally quoted. I really appreciated it because I am a person who lives by the dollar, every bit counts! It wasn't saving me $100, but it sure allowed my gas for the following work week. Thank you, Carl and Roommates Crew!
