  Got our garage door installed very poor. Installation. And . used bad boards then had to come back replace them then still didnt pass inspection was promised a outside locking mechanisms and after instalation never got one. Sad . will not recomened them . and wish they could makevit rite

  I usually don’t ever give negative reviews but I had such a bad experience here I wish I could give a zero star rating. My husband and I just went here as we are looking for a dining room light fixture and wanted something unique and not from a big box store. There were several employees working when we came in and one or two customers at the most. No one said hello, asked us if we needed any help or even acknowledged our presence. There was a chandelier we were interested in purchasing but after th lack of customer service and apparent non interest in our business we opted to look for the same light on Amazon. Which we found for about the same price. We would’ve loved to give our business to a local small business but not with their attitude. Hopefully this isn’t the norm for them.
