They welcomed us with open arms, and were patient during my multiple calls before I even reserved a room, then they greeted us with smiled and enthusiasm when we dropped off our babies. When I picked my pups up they had a sweet letter to send home- what a surprise! And then a few days later they send me pictures of my girls playing... that meant SO MUCH to me, and really made my day! The team there went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and I am already planning my doggies next stay! Thanks Pooch Pad!
