  It been my third time having bad experience with their customer service. I went to sell some pretty new clothes and some used but I put perfume on it ..to be nice.. they called me to pick up everything because they don't like the smell.. Never again I will sell everything on trash for treasure or even donate them better

  This is the worst resale, they ripped us off and then tried keep perfectly good clothes, by not returning all the clothes that were in great condition, saying they had returned all clothes. Had to make a special trip to pick up perfectly good clothes. Will never buy from them again.
