  I waited 2 1/2 weeks only to get my laptop back with the same issue. During the time i waited for the repair i repeatedly gave them the same information over and over again. They did not communicate with me as promised. I had to go in and put passwords in myself despite sharing that information. Also got a slick comment about how old my MacBook was. I spent a lot of money on it and it has worked perfectly from 2013 until now. At the end of the day it was not fixed, it took forever to get it back and they had an attitude when i was not happy about it.

  Took my PC there once and was charged for being told what I had told them the issue was before dropping it off. Didn't resolve the issue since there was nothing they could do. How about you tell me that when I explain the problem beforehand!! Horrible... -2 stars..
