He called a few weeks ago to see if we could order a new topper for it, but they stopped making our style of mattress. Fortunately, Nathaniel took care of the situation and had a brand new mattress ordered for us, free of charge! Thank you, Nathaniel, for your amazing customer service! We'll definitely be working with Denver Mattress again!
