  Absolutely terrible, don’t go, I would give 0 stars if I could. They’re selection is nonexistent, the owner is hostile and constantly glares at you like you’re garbage, and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and skip Cloud 9. Go to Friends 4 Ever, their selection is amazing and their team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

  Over the years I've been to multiple stores similar to Cloud9 and have to say I like this one the best. They hit all the marks. Helpful CLEAN Organized Good prices Good selection New material frequently Trust me. My word is as good as Ron Swanson.
