  We purchased over $2500 worth of bed and we needed some follow up to some of our questions which would lead to chubbys making more money because we needed more items for our bed. My husband called them 3 times for answers which they could not provide because it involved questions about additions to our adjustable bed. The programmed answer was we will find out and call you back,well, they never called us back and it seemed like they did not care. I will not call them back because it is our money and with the lack of service that they could not provide,we will go somewhere else. I do not recommend this place or their employees as they do not practice customer service after the sell.

  Well, i had to change my review. Originally i did enjoy going here and talking with the owner HOWEVER actually being a customer is another story. I spent 2200 dollars on an entertainment center over a month ago . Still haven't recieved it and after three phone calls i still have no idea when i am going to get it.
