Support scheduled an appointment for me with Geek Squad and assured me that they would be able to help me figure it out and set me up. Met with one Geek Squad agent who knew nothing about cameras (they noted it in the scheduled appointment that my issue was about a camera). The other rep, who was called over was an expert in cameras, but was also unable to help and told me to "Google" it. Thanks Geek Squad for your sub par knowledge on digital equipment.
