  This place sucks. Want a suit of awful quality that costs 200 dollars a day to rent, yes you heard me right. No wonder this place hasn't gotten an award since 2008. Not only do they need to charge you up the butt for a one day rental but they have a "25" dollar a day late fee, but when you sign the contract its actually 30 dollars a day. They are really that greedy that they want to take an extra five bucks on a suit that they did not even craft themselves. Just don't go to this place, go to mens warehouse this place is a dump.

  My husband bought a suit from here and was guaranteed arrival on a Wed by 11am. Our occasion was for the next morning. We specifically asked the sales lady, Chleska, what happens if the suit isnt here on time, would we be able to get a refund, her response was, "dont worry it will be here I promise!" I asked a few times again and her response was the same every time. She never gave me the refund policy. The day came for the suit to be picked up and we were told that they would call us as soon as the suit came in. By 3pm (we needed to leave town by 7pm) we still hadn't received a call, so I went ahead and called. The lady who I spoke to told me that the pants were in, but not the jacket. I explained to the lady my situation and she said she would call me back. When she called me back she told me that they did have the jacket and that they need to fix the pockets as requested. I then asked what time the suit would be ready and she said by 6 and then told me they were closing at 8. So my husband and I in a hurry rushed to the store around 6:45 and they were closed!! We were furious! Looks like they told me it closed at 8 because they didnt have the suit ready. Luckily there was a Mens Warehouse next door and they were more than willingly to help us out. And let me add that the suits in Mens Warehouse are ten times better quality than the ones in als formal wear. The sales person who helped us in Mens Warehouse said we were not the only people that als formal wear had done this too, he said people come in all the time complaining about them. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!! Very disappointed with their service.
